Appointments

Cancellation and Appointment Policy:

 As a new client, a deposit of $100 is required to secure your initial appointment. You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled time.

If you choose to reschedule or cancel within the 48-hour window, the $100 deposit will be forfeited, and an additional $100 will be necessary to secure a new appointment. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the $100 deposit.

For existing clients, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to modify or reschedule an appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a 50% charge. Non-attendance will incur a 100% charge.

Refunds for deposits are available if rescheduling is not possible and notice of more than 48 hours is given.

Clients arriving 10 minutes or more past their scheduled appointment time may not be guaranteed their originally scheduled service. Please notify us promptly if you anticipate a delay, and we will make every effort to accommodate your needs.
